- we rent a premium product so they are expertly maintained

Press Release - UK Campervan hire specialist unveils multi-lingual website |
Scotland’s campervan hire firm, Kira rentals . . . . . . have unveiled a multi-lingual website to cope with the increase in demand from foreign visitors.
Founder and director of Kira Rentals, Robert McCandless said as the company was established in 2003 to specialising in renting out two person campervans for domestic visitors but the new website has shifted the focus onto foreign visitors. McCandless saw their business double in size during 2007 and are seeking further expansion over the next two years.
After trialling a German version of the website last summer and seeing the number of guests increase by 20 per cent, the response have been strong enough to encourage McCandless to produce versions in more languages such as Spanish, Dutch and French.
"The response from Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland has been very positive, not only are they appreciative of the service we offer but the vast majority of comments about Scotland have been very positive. Visitors invariably come back extolling the virtues of our campsites, beaches & mountains, even this summers terrible weather didn't seem to put off many visitors."
He also believes that Scotland has a lot to offer in terms of fantastic landscape and quality campsites and anticipates further growth in the future.
“In this noisy, overpopulated, planet a chance for visitors to unwind breath in our clean fresh air and take things easy for a while is a real attraction,” he said.
